Cancellation Policy

Once your trip is confirmed and payment is completed, a 15% charge will apply to your total trip payment if you decide to cancel under any circumstances.

Your trek will be canceled if factors like flight delays, bad weather, landslides, or political issues arise. In that case, you have the option to choose a similar trip. 

Suppose you opt to cancel instead of selecting an alternative suggested trip. In that case, we will calculate the incurred expenses, such as permits, hotels, and taxes, and refund the remaining amount to you.

If genuine circumstances, such as the death, injury, or severe illness of the passenger, close relative, or friend, as well as redundancy or jury service, prevent you from traveling, you can postpone or transfer your booking to another person. 

The replacement must meet all the requirements for the specific tour, and you must provide proof of why you cannot travel when changing your booking. 

Please note that no options will be available within 14 days of the trip departure.
