Our Booking and Payment Procedures:

A: To secure a booking, you must submit a completed booking form along with a non-refundable deposit of 15%, as outlined below. This confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, we require a copy of your passport and a current passport-sized photo.

B: All deposits are per person per trip. Please contact us for direct deposit details. A bank service charge is applicable at the time of deposit, and we will provide a receipt of the deposit amount from our bank.

C: Credit card payments are accepted for Visa and MasterCard, with a 4% levy added for card processing fees.

D: The remaining balance must be paid before the trip departure date. Trek & Adventure Nepal reserves the right to cancel your trip if the full amount is not paid on time.

E: Trek & Adventure Nepal does not accept draft cheques due to the extended processing time.

F: When paying online on our website, you agree not to claim any refund once the service is delivered. You also confirm that the card used is yours and not stolen. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of cards.

G: For trips to Tibet and Bhutan, 100% payment is required within one month before the trip commencement.

Travel Insurance

All clients must have mandatory travel insurance for the entire duration of the tour. The insurance should offer sufficient coverage for personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance, and adequate protection for baggage.

Urgent Booking

We welcome last-minute bookings for trips to Nepal, allowing you to book as close as 3 days before the departure date. Please note that last-minute bookings may not be possible for trips to Bhutan or Tibet.

Group, Duo, or Solo Trek

Our trekking options cater to individuals, pairs, and groups.

For solo trekkers, pairs, or larger groups, we offer diverse trekking experiences. Group discounts are available for those trekking together, and the more participants, the greater the discount.

It’s important to note that if Trek and Adventure Nepal organizes the group, standard discounts won’t apply. To be eligible for the group discount, you must bring your own group.

Irrespective of the group size, we can accommodate your team on the Annapurna Circuit Trek with Nar Phu Valley. Your group will have a designated leader, one porter assigned for every two trekkers, and an assistant guide if your group comprises 12 or more members.

Visa Info

Indian nationals do not require a visa to enter Nepal. However, foreign nationals, excluding Indians, need to obtain a visa. Visas can be acquired on arrival at TIA. Citizens of Ghana, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Palestine, and Afghanistan may need to apply for a visa in advance. Conversely, Chinese and SAARC citizens are eligible for a complimentary visa upon arrival.
